甘蔗收割剥叶一体机的设计与仿真 被引量:2

摘要 为解决甘蔗收割复杂、收割之后要重新进行剥叶工序的问题,设计了一种先收割、再剥叶、最后收集的甘蔗收割剥叶一体机,并分析各个装置之间的关系,确定了各个装置的参数。重点研究收割装置的两个收割刀的角度问题,试图让角度可调以适应更多、更复杂的植株的收割。为此,基于CATIA V5R21版本的3D作图软件,绘制了一种可移动收割平台,依据甘蔗的田地属性和甘蔗本身的固有特点,对收割机的收割角度和剥叶方式进行分析和选择,最终使用ANSYS对关键零部位进行受力及形变的有限元分析。同时,使用Design Expert对装置的效果进行数据分析,得出最佳剥叶率所在的工况为角度2.197 21°、角速度114.978r/min、前进速度0.723 27m/s,此时最大清除率为92.2336%。 Since the sugarcane harvesting process includes harvesting,stripping and collecting processes,it is necessary to design a sugarcane harvesting and stripping integrated machine that harvests first,then strips leaves and collects them at last.In this paper,the relationship between each device is analyzed and the parameters of each device are determined.The angle of two harvesters of the harvesting device is designed to adjust the angle to suit more and more complex plant harvesting.This paper designs a portable harvesting platform based on CATIA V5 R21 version of 3 D mapping software.According to the field properties of sugarcane and the inherent characteristics of sugarcane itself,the harvesting angle and stripping mode of the harvester are analyzed and selected.Finally,the key parts are selected for the finite element analysis of the stress and deformation of ANSYS.The effect of the device is simulated,and the results show that the maximum clearance rate is 92.233 6%when the angular velocity is 114.978 r/min and the forward velocity is 0.723 27 m/s.
