摘要
目前,马铃薯种植大多采用手动切割来获取种子,工作量大,效率低下,工作人员容易疲劳。为此,研制出一种马铃薯种植气动控制切种装置,利用UG和ADAMS等软件对切种过程建立模型,并对其进行仿真分析。同时,制造了物理样机,对理论成果进行检验。试验表明:切种装置能够有效地提高马铃薯切种效率,符合中大型马铃薯种植产业的需求。
nowadays,most potato plants use manual cutting to obtain seeds,which leads to heavy workload,low efficiency and fatigue.Rural small-scale planting is ok,but in the large-scale planting,manual seed cutting is obviously extremely inconvenient and unrealis tic.Large-scale planting stresses on efficiency,and manual seed cutting obviously cannot complete a large number of seed cutting in a short time.So developed a potato planting pneumatic control cutting device.In this paper,UG,ADAMS and other software are used to model and analyze the process of seed cutting.At the same time,a physical prototype was made to test the theoretical results.The experiment showed that the device could effectively improve the seed cutting efficiency in the process of potato planting and meet the needs of medium and large potato planting industry.
