摘要 新型剥麻机反拉脱骨装置是新型苎麻剥麻机的重要部件,其通过触控屏设定反拉及夹麻速度等参数,结合传感器获得的夹麻及反拉位置,通过PLC实现自动反拉动作。试验检验了反拉剥麻方式的可靠性,验证了剥麻成功率与麻条长度、升降距离、水平往复速度呈正相关性。 The new stripping machine is a key component of the new ramie stripping machine.The anti-bone bone device sets parameters such as reverse pulling and numbing speed through the touch screen,and combines the clamping and pulling positions obtained by the sensor to realize automatic reverse pulling action through the PLC.The test verified the reliability of the anti-stripping and stripping method,and verified the positive correlation between the success rate of stripping and the length of the strip,the lifting distance and the horizontal reciprocating speed.
