摘要 以快捷、实用、高效地完成荔枝采摘为研究目的,设计了一种机电一体荔枝采收机。该装置可以综合荔枝收获过程中的夹持、采摘和传送操作,全程由电机操控,符合机电一体的理念。为了研究其具体性能,通过运动学和动力学分析,利用UG建模软件进行装置的三维模型建立,再通过MatLab和ADAMS仿真软件分析其运动性能。试验结果表明:装置工作稳定,性能可靠,提高了荔枝采收的工作效率。 In order to complete the picking of lychee quickly,practically and efficiently,an electromechanical integrated lychee harvester is designed,which can integrate the griping,picking and transmitting operation in the process of lychee harvesting,and be controlled by a motor in the whole process,in line with the concept of electromechanical integration.Through kinematics and dynamics analysis,in order to study its specific performance,the three-dimensional model of the device was established by using UG modeling software,and then its motion performance was analyzed by MATLAB and ADAMS simulation software.The experimental results show that the device works stably and reliably,and the working efficiency of litchi harvest is improved.
