摘要
挖掘和输送是马铃薯收获过程中的两个最重要工序,掘进性能和输送性能是衡量马铃薯收获机综合可靠性的重要指标。为此,针对目前缺乏对马铃薯收获机综合可靠性试验装置这一现状,研制了一种马铃薯收获机综合可靠性试验台。采用该试验台对4U-83型马铃薯收获机进行综合可靠性试验,结果表明:试验台能够对马铃薯收获机进行悬挂并在10°~40°的范围内调节收获机挖掘铲的入土角度,能够为输送链提供动力及检测输送链的转速和动力载荷的大小,能够分别对马铃薯收获机的挖掘铲和输送链进行不超过25kN和1kN的持续或脉冲载荷的加载试验,以检验其可靠性。
Since excavation and conveying are the two most important processes in potato harvesting process,the excavation and conveying performance are important indexes to measure the comprehensive reliability of potato harvester.In view of the current lack of testing equipment for the comprehensive reliability of potato harvester,a comprehensive reliability test bench for Potato Harvester is developed.The test bench is used to carry out the comprehensive reliability test of the 4U-83 type Potato harvester,and the experimental results show that the test bench can hang the potato harvester and adjust the soil angle of the harvester excavation shovel in the range of 10°-40°.It can provide power to the conveyor chain and detect the speed and dynamic load of the conveyor chain,and can carry out continuous or pulsed load tests of no more than 25kN and 1kN for the mining shovel and conveyor chain of the potato harvester.
