HXJ-1型枣树修剪机的研制

摘要 针对目前枣树修剪中存在效率低、劳动强度大及修剪质量差的现状,通过理论分析、模拟仿真及田间试验结合的方法设计了一种枣树修剪机,阐述了该机的总体结构及仿形机架、修剪总成、枣吊去除总成和液压系统的设计,并进行了田间试验。试验结果表明:该机生产率为0.5~1hm^2/h,修剪宽度为1 400~2 400mm,修剪高度为400~2 000mm,漏剪率≤10%,修剪效果较好,各项指标均达到行业标准,满足设计要求。 In view of the current situation of low efficiency,high labor intensity and poor pruning quality in jujube pruning,a jujube pruning machine is designed by means of theoretical analysis,simulation analysis and field test.The overall structure of the machine and the design of the copying frame,pruning assembly,jujube crane removal assembly and hydraulic system are described,and field tests are carried out.The results show that the machine is manufactured.The rate is 0.5-1 hm2/h,the width of pruning is 1400-2400 mm,the height of pruning is 400-2000 mm,and the leakage rate is less than 10%.The pruning effect is good.All the indexes meet the industry standards and meet the design requirements.
