斜置双螺旋梳指式辣椒收获试验台设计

Design of Inclined Double Spiral Comb Finger Type Pepper Harvesting Test Bed

根据贵州山地辣椒种植的辣椒收获需要,设计一台小型、适合山地作业的斜置双螺旋梳指式辣椒收获试验台。试验台主要用于对斜置双螺旋辣椒收获原理进行试验,通过调节试验台螺旋辊倾斜角度、螺旋梳指长度及螺旋辊转速得到辣椒的采摘数据,进一步研究其漏采率、破损率等关键技术参数。试验台螺旋辊倾斜角度调节值为30°、35°、40°、45°、50°、55°,螺旋梳指长度调节值为105、110、115、120、125、130mm,螺旋辊转速调节范围为150~300r/min,两螺旋滚间距调节范围为220、230、240、250、260、270mm。

According to the need of pepper harvest in guizhou mountainous region,a small inclined double spiral comb finger type pepper harvest test bed was designed.The test bed is mainly used to test the harvesting principle of inclined double-helix chili peppers.By adjusting the Angle of the spiral roll of the test bed,the length of the spiral comb finger and the rotation speed of the spiral roll,the data of picking chili peppers can be obtained,and the key design technical parameters such as the rate of leakage and the rate of breakage can be further studied.Spiral rolladjustment angle values of this test bed are 40°,30°,35°,45°,50°,55°,spiral brush refers to the length of the adjustment valuesare 105 mm,110 mm,115 mm,125 mm,130 mm and 120 mm,the screw roller speed adjusting range is from 150 r/min to 300 r/min,the two screw rolling distance adjustment valuesare 220 mm,230 mm,240 mm,260 mm,270 mm and 250 mm.
