基于振动调序有序充种滚筒式排种器设计与试验 被引量:2

摘要 为解决机械式排种器充种过程中种箱中种群起拱和窝孔堵塞问题,提出有序供种思想,设计了一种基于振动调序有序充种滚筒式排种器。阐述了振动调序有序充种滚筒式排种器的工作原理,确定了关键零部件的结构与参数,建立了供种过程的动力学模型。以单粒率、多粒率、漏播率为排种性能评价指标,采用三因素三水平正交试验方法,研究了供种倾角、滚筒转速、窝孔开口大小对排种器排种性能的影响。试验结果表明:影响排种器性能因素的主次顺序为供种倾角、滚筒转速、窝孔开口大小;当供种倾角为38°、滚筒转速为8r/min、窝孔开口大小为13mm时,单粒率为90.24%,多粒率为4.45%,漏播率为2.09%,排种器满足棉花精量播种要求。 To solve the problem of population arching and socket hole blockage in the seed box during the filling process of mechanical seed metering device,an idea of orderly seed supply was proposed,and a kind of drum type seed metering device based on vibration sequence ordering was designed.In this paper,the working principle of the vibratory sequencing and orderly filling drum seed metering device is expounded,the structure and parameters of key parts are determined,and the dynamic model of the seed feeding process is established.The single-grain rate,multi-grain rate and leakage rate were used to evaluate the performance of seeding.The three-factor and three-level orthogonal test methods were used to study the influences of the seeding performance,seeding speed and socket opening size.The experimental results show that the order of the factors affecting the performance of the metering device are the seeding angle,the drum speed and the opening size of the socket,respectively.When the seeding angle is 38,the drum rotation speed is 8 r/min,and the socket opening size is 13mm,the single grain rate is 90.24%,the multi-grain rate is 4.45%,and the leakage rate is 2.09%,the seed metering device meets the planting requirements for cotton precision seeding.
