钢纤维树脂混凝土在机床基础件中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 研究了一种新的机械基础件材料—钢纤维树脂混凝土。试验表明,钢纤维增强的树脂混凝土既具有较强的强度和刚度,同时其阻尼比为铸铁的5~6倍。通过对机床床身简化件的激振试验以及有限元软件的数值分析证明,采用该材料制作机械基础件其动态性能明显优于铸铁材料机床基础件。 This paper studies a new engineering material - steel fiber polymer composite (SFPC) which is widely applied in the field of machine manufacture. The test results showed that it' s shearing strength, compressive strength and tensile strength of cleavage crack are increased clearly by adding steel fiber to PC. The damping of SFPC has a little declination preparing with PC under the best condition, the damping of SFPC is five to eight times larger than that of the traditional material casting iron. In experiment, we are studying with using stimulating machine bed and taking the finite element method to stimulate it, results of experiment and stimulating prove that this kind of material is good in machine engineering.
