电感耦合等离子体质谱仪进行白酒中39种元素分析的研究

Determination of 39 Trace Elements in Chinese Liquor by ICP-MS

建立了应用八级杆碰撞反应池-电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ORS-ICPMS)测定白酒中锂、铍、硼、钠、镁、铝、钾、钙、钪、钛、钒、铬、锰、铁、钴、镍、铜、锌、镓、砷、锶、钇、镉、钡、镧、铈、镨、钕、钐、铕、钆、铽、镝、钬、铒、铥、镱、镥、铅等39种元素含量的方法。样品经硝酸消化,在线加入内标校正基质干扰,外标法定量,各元素校正曲线的相关系数均大于0.999。方法检出限0.001~9.6μg/L,方法加标回收率为80.5%~111.5%,相对标准偏差0.8%~5.0%(n=6)。

A method for the determination of Li,Be,B,Na,Mg,Al,K,Ca,Sc,Ti,V,Cr,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,Ga,As,Sr,Y,Cd,Ba, La,C,Pr,Nd,Sm,Eu,Gd,Tb,Dy,Ho,Er,Tm,Yb,Lu,Pb in Chinese liquor by ORS- ICPMS(Octopole Reaction System inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry)was established. The samples were digested by nitric acid with the matrix effect corrected by the on- line internal standards,then quantitated by external standards.The linear relationships were over 0.999 and the detection limits for each element were in the range of 0.001~9.6(μg/L)with the recovery rate was 80.5%~111.5 %.The relative standard deviation of this method was 0.8%~5.0 %(n=6).
