摘要
试验采用基酒浸泡冬虫夏草,研究了不同浸泡条件酒度、时间、温度对功效成分多糖及腺苷含量的影响。通过均匀试验设计得出功效成分(虫草多糖及腺苷)的最优回归方程及相关系数,并在测试条件范围内计算得出提取冬虫夏草中的功效成分的最优条件:酒度30%vol,时间27d,环境温度35℃。
It's studied the different soaking conditions of the degree of wine, the time and the environment temperature on the influence of functional components' content by adopting the base liquor soaked cordyceps sinensis. Through uniform test it conclude the optimal regression equation and correlation coefficient of efficacy ingredients(cordyceps polysaccharide and adenosine), and calculated the optimal conditions: the degree of wine is 30%vol,the time of soaking is 27 days, the environment temperature is 35℃.
