摘要
曲酒生产过程中会产生大量的废弃物曲酒糟,如何综合利用,已成为白酒行业的工作重点。采用酸水解与酶水解法对曲酒糟进行高温水解,完善p H、预处理、温度及保温时间等工艺参数,利用耐高温α-淀粉酶、纤维素酶、糖化酶、酸性蛋白酶等多种生物酶系对曲酒糟中的纤维素进行发酵,并通过蒸馏得到燃料乙醇。实现了副产物的综合利用,解决白酒生产过程中的固体废物对环境的污染问题。
Liquor production process will produce large amounts of waste starter lees, how to comprehensive utilization, has become the focus of the work of liquor industry. In this paper, by acid hydrolysis and enzymatic hydrolysis method for high temperature hydrolysis of starter lees, process parameters, improve the p H value of pretreatment, temperature and holding time, fermentation of distiller's grains in Song of cellulose using thermostable alpha amylase, cellulase, saccharifying enzyme, acid protease and other biological enzyme system, and get the fuel ethanol by distillation. To realize comprehensive utilization of by- products, solve the problem of environmental pollution by solid waste liquor in the production process.
