摘要
新中国成立后到"十二五"末,是中国葡萄酒产业发展的重要时期。按照时间发展脉络,将当代葡萄酒产业发展分为产业形成、产业成长和产业调整三个阶段,并对不同阶段葡萄酒产业的发展情况和主要特征进行了分析,以使我们更加清晰地了解中国葡萄酒产业发展规律,打造中国葡萄酒产业核心竞争力。
The period ranging from the establishment of the People's Republic of China (PRC) to the end of the 12th Five-Year Plan, was an important period in the development of Chinese wine industry. In this paper, according to the time development, contemporary Chinese wine industry was divided to three stages, emergence of industries, industrial growth and industrial restructuring. Furthermore, we analyzed the main features and development situation of each stage to comprehend the law of development of Chinese wine industry more clearly, to enhance the core competitiveness of Chinese wine industry.
