摘要
文章从酿酒原料及工艺参数的选择、入窖条件与产量的关系、出窖工艺参数与出酒率关系、上排产酒情况对下排的影响等方面进行了探讨。
The selection of raw materials and process parameters of liquor making, the relationship between the yield and cellar input conditions, the relationship between cellar output parameters and liquor yield, the influence of upstream liquor making on the downstream one, etc. were discussed in this article.
