摘要
依托校企合作理事会、酿酒工业研究会、酿酒技术工程实践教育中心、微生物技术示范实训中心和酿酒微生物重点实验室等产学研平台,专业与产业互动,实施"企业订单,校企共育"人才培养模式,开展项目化教学改革,深化了校企合作育人机制。基于产学研平台,组成专兼结合的"双师型"教学团队、建设生产性实训室、开展产学研项目合作和开展技能大赛等措施,提高教育教学水平和人才培养质量。实践表明,产学研平台是培养技术技能人才的有效途径。
Supported by industry-university-research platforms like University-enterprise Cooperation Council, Brewing Industry Association, Brewing Industry Education Centre, Microbial Te chnology Demonstrated Training Center and Key Laboratory of Brewing Microorganisms, university-enterprise cooperation mechanism has been deepened by implementing talents training mode of Ordered Training , University-enterprise Cocultivation, as well as launching project-based teaching reform. Based on these research platforms, the teaching level and the quality of talent cultivation has been improved by composing dual-qualified teacher teams with both full-time and part-time teachers, constructing productive training base, carrying out industry-university-research cooperation projects and holding skills competition. Practice shows that industry-university-research platform is an effective way to train talents with technical skills.
