从揭示中国白酒的品质特征、酿造内涵着手,从酿酒原料种植、制曲生产、原酒酿造、原酒储存、酒体设计和成品酒灌装等角度,诠释了好白酒的品质内涵以及酿造高品质白酒的技术发展趋势。
Considering the quality characteristics and brewing connotation of Chinese liquor,the connotation of a good liquor and the technological developing trend of making high quality liquor were elucidated from the points of raw material planting,koji production,original liquor brewing,original liquor storage,liquor body design and liquor product filling.
