摘要 质量是企业的生命,质量是企业开拓和稳定市场的坚强后盾。质量是市场竞争力的关键因素,质量是品牌知名度的保障,提高质量是任何企业提高市场份额和增加利润的基本路线。企业应秉承"既要金杯、银杯,又要消费者口碑的"经营理念,始终奉行"精准制造精品,否定规避否决,时间缩小空间,客源等于资源"质量方针,视质量为企业生命,以建立质量管理体系为契机,依靠技术创新保持特色,依靠过硬质量赢得口碑,依靠真诚服务赢得信誉,坚持一手抓市场,一手抓质量,将全面质量管理摆在企业管理的核心位置,并不断完善、改进提高,使企业的产品和服务质量水平得到了大幅度提升,市场份额逐步扩大,发展后劲进一步增强。面对全新体制和机制,充满机遇充满挑战的竞争形势,应以创新为先,创业为本,积极开拓进取,务实奋进,推动企业的改革和发展不断向纵深挺进,使企业呈现出全面进步的良好发展态势。 Quality is the life of the enterprise, quality is the firm backing of the enterprise to open up and stabilize the market.
