使用物联网智能质量管控系统可对制曲过程进行温度、湿度、二氧化碳浓度等参数大数据的数字化采集,取代传统的人工随机分散式的温湿监测,使得"菊花心曲"的生产过程更加精细化、规范化,提高"菊花心曲"的酶活和发酵力,有益于产量的增加和质量的提升。
The use of the intelligent quality control system from Internet of Things can digitally collect large amount of data including the parameters of temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide concentration, etc. in the process of koji making. Instead of the traditional artificial random decentralized temperature and humidity monitoring, intelligent system made the production process of 'Chrysanthemum Heart Koji' more refined and standardized. The enzyme activity and fermenting power of 'Chrysanthemum Heart Koji' were improved, which is beneficial to the increase of output and the improvement of quality.
