摘要
木糖醇是一种具有营养价值的甜味物质,是一种天然健康的甜味剂。许多食品中添加了木糖醇。玫瑰汾酒与国酿竹叶青是汾酒厂股份有限公司酒两款露酒,这两款酒添加了木糖醇。利用液相色谱仪,建立露酒中的木糖醇的检测方法,并进行了方法验证。
Xylitol is a sweet stuff with nutritive value and a natural healthy sweetener. Xylitol was added into many foods. Mei Gui Fenjiu and Guo Niang Chuyeh Ching Chiew are two types of Lu Jiu of Fenjiu Distillery Co. Ltd. Xylitol was added into these two wines. In this study, the detection method of xylitol was established and verified by liquid chromatography.
