摘要
经过超声震荡提取,采用毛细管柱气相色谱定量分析法测定酿酒辅料稻壳清蒸后的糠醛含量,在该方法条件下,糠醛的标准曲线线性相关系数大于0.999,RSD为1.36%,平均回收率为99.3%。该方法操作简便、灵敏度高,并具有良好的精密度与准确度。
The content of furfural was determined by capillary column gas chromatography after ultrasonic shock extraction.By this method,the linear correlation coefficient of the standard curve of furfural was greater than 0.999,RSD was 1.36,and the average recovery rate was99.3,so that this method is simple,sensitive and has good precision and accuracy.
