Crabapple is rich in nutrients and has both edible value and medicinal value.On the basis of brewing fresh beer,supplemented with crabapple juice to participate in the later fermentation and chose the right amount of crabapple juice,the author innovative production process and development fresh fruit beer of crabapple juice,the product has the flavor of crabapple juice and the characteristics of fresh beer,rich in nutrients,strong fruity,mellow taste and strong health care function.Therefore,it has good prospects for development.
