浅析舍得酒生态酿造的黄金分割现象

摘要 黄金分割不仅呈现一种美学,更隐含一种质与量的优化。研究发现,舍得酒生态酿造中存在多个黄金分割律,涉及多粮配比、糟醅蒸馏、工艺参数、曲坯尺寸、发酵周期、理化指标等。历经锤炼与磨合的工艺传承,其蕴含的8个黄金分割律,表明舍得酒酿造对质量与成本的平衡点实现了精准调控,折射出舍得酒幽雅独特的品质,在本质上源于其堪称完美而经典的酿造工艺。 Golden section not only presents an aesthetic,but also implies a qualitative and quantitative optimization.It was found that there were manylawsofdivision ofgold in the ecologicalbrewingof Shede Baijiu,involving multiple grain mixing ratio,fermented grains distillation,process control,size of daqu,fermentation cycle,physical and chemical indexes,etc..Through the inheritance of the process of tempering and grinding,the eight golden laws contained in it indicate that the balance between quality and cost is precisely regulated by the brewing craft,which reflects the elegant and unique quality of the Shede Baijiu,in essence,it originates from the perfect and classic brewing process.
