On the main problem in running of Yanzishan Coal Mine main well belt conveyer decelerator and the problem of mending damage gears, we transform the original decelerator. The article verifies feasibility of decelerator gear teeth transform by strength calculation. By choosing material, setting processing technology and improving equipment, completing the improvement task of decelerator.
