摘要
作者对澳大利亚最大的由农民管理的灌溉有限公司进行实地考察。着重对其经营体制、管理功能和效益进行了调查分析 ,并根据我国实际情况提出几点思考 。
In Feb.2003, author visited and investigated the largest privately owned irrigation and drainage projectMurray Irrigation Limited Company in Australia. An analysis is made on the management experiences and characteristics of this new model of irrigation management transfer for farmer participatory. Some ideas are drawn for management reform of large_sized irrigation system in China.
