摘要
在分析国内外冰研究成果 ,总结西藏地区冰情特点与治理成果的基础上 ,创造性地提出了利用高原得天独厚的太阳能资源进行防冰的新措施。通过实验观测和成本核算 。
On the basis of ice research analysis domestic and abroad, and summary of ice characters and treatment results in Tibet, new method of deice by using the solar energy richly endowed by nature in the high plateau of Tibet is proposed innovatively. Through experimental observation and cost accounting, it is shown that the deice method of using solar energy in Tibet is a kind of economically effective measure and has amplitude application foreground.
