泵站出水流道三维不可压缩湍流流场数值模拟 被引量:12

摘要 泵站出水流道的设计是整个泵站设计的重要组成部分。为了优化泵站出水流道的水力设计 ,对其三维正命题的求解采用了雷诺平均N-S方程 ,并以标准k -ε湍流模型使方程组闭合。在以压强连接的隐式修正法 (SIMPLE -C)算法建立的压力速度校正方程上 ,求解流道内三维不可压缩湍流流场 ,揭示泵站出水流道内部的流动形态 ,进一步对数值模拟的结果分析 。 Design of outflow watercourse of pumping station is an important part of the whole pumping station design. To optimize the hydraulic design of outflow watercourse of pumping station, Reynolds Average N_S Equation is used in solving the three_dimensional true proposition, and the equation group is enclosed by using standard k_εturbulence model. On the basis of pressure_speed revision equation established with pressure_velocity connection algorithm Simple_C, three_dimensional incompressible turbulence flow_field of the watercourse is solved, and the inner flow status of the outflow watercourse of pumping station is unveiled. Through further analysis of the results of numerical simulation, the problems of hydraulic design process are found out, and the corresponding improving methods are propsed. Therefore, the research results provide gist for optimization design of outflow watercourse of pumping station, and have practical value of dissemination.
