摘要
基于WebGIS技术的开发方案,已成为防汛信息服务系统开发的主流方案.在系统信息需求分析的基础上,紧密结合黑龙江省防汛指挥信息服务系统开发实例,研究分析了系统逻辑结构、设计思路及其具体实现.该系统结构合理,使用方便,具有良好的通用性、跨平台性、可维护性和可扩展性,对防汛信息服务系统的开发具有参考价值.
The development scheme based on Web GIS has been the mainstream in the development of Flood-control Commanding Information-service Subsystem(FCCISS).On the basis of system information requirement analysis,this paper,closely combining with the practice of FCCISS in Heilongjiang Province,studies the system logical structure,and demonstrates system design and concrete realization.With a sound architecture,this subsystem has a feature of excellent generality,platform-independence,maintainability and scalability,and can offer reference value to the similar systems at the provincial and basin scale.
