摘要
可溶性糖,单糖如葡萄糖、果糖,双糖如麦芽糖、乳糖等,对以它们和丙酮为底物的B-Z反应受ATP干扰进行研究。ATP的加入总的结果是延缓了反应的进行,即使振荡反应诱导期增长,周期变大。对这些非线性动力学行为可由FKN机理以合理的解释。
The perturbations of ATP on oscillatory reactions with soluble sugar substrates were investigated. The soluble sugar include glucose,fructose,sucrose,maltose and lactose. The experimental results show that the induced times and periods of the oscillating reactions are increased with ATP concentration. The kinetics behaviour of the perturbation was explained by FKN mechanism.
