一种六沟盘虫的扫描电镜观察

OBSERVATION OF HEXABOTHRIIDAE GEN.SP. BY SEM

扫描电镜观察六沟盘虫 (Hexabothriidaegen .sp .)发现 ,该虫个体较小 ,口吸盘外周由肌细胞包围 ,可见生殖孔及两个阴道孔 ,后吸器有 6个吸铗 ,吸铗大小相等且对称排列 .每个吸铗有一弯曲、末端带钩的铗片 .尾突由后吸器的边缘伸出 ,尾突端部有两个大小相等的端吸盘 .

Hexabothriidae gen. sp. was observed by the scanning electron microscope. It was found the following results. The body of the worm is small. Oral sucker is surrounded by muscular cells. One genital pore and two vaginal pores are located in the ventral of subterminal mouth. Haptor not stalked, have 6 suckers, each of which is provided with a large curved sclerite ending with a hook. The 6 haptoral suckers line symmetrically and their sclerites nearly equal in size. An appendix-like structure bearing a pair of smaller terminal suckers extends out from the margin of the haptor.
