高校后勤制度变迁刍议——以泉州师范学院股份合作制食堂的产生和发展为例

Preliminary Remarks on the Changes of the Logistical System in Universities—Take for instance the emerging and development of the joint-stock system canteens in Quanzhou Normal University

在分析新制度经济学派对制度变迁解释的基础上 ,结合泉州师院后勤集资合股股份合作制改革的历程进行分析 ,说明股份合作制的变迁是供给主导型制度的变迁 ,旨在说明高校后勤制度变迁应实现从强制性制度变迁到供给主导型制度变迁再到诱致性制度变迁的转变。

This article, on the basis of analyzing the explanation of the new system economic school to the changes of system, in accordance with the analysis of the reforming process of joint-stock system by raising funds in the rear service of Quanzhou Normal University indicates that the changes of joint-stock system is the change of leading-type system in supplies, which indicates that the changes of rear service system in universities should be implemented from the changes of compulsory system to leading type system in supplies till the changes of the leading system.
