Science and Technology Achievements of Animal Husbandry during the "12th Five-Year" and Recommendations of Further Works

"十二五"以来,我国畜牧业科技取得了一批重大成果,在生产实践中实现了配套集成应用,产业科技进步贡献率已达到了58%。文章阐述了畜牧业科技工作取得的显著成效,如科技经费投入大幅增加、科研创新团队建设逐步完善、重大关键技术领域取得较大突破、畜牧业技术推广应用成效显著等,剖析了存在的成果供给和实际需求不对等、成果转化和推广不充分、创新投入相对不足等问题,并从进一步理顺科技管理机制、加快近期和中长期需求的谋划、切实激发各主体的科研创新活力等方面提出下一步开展畜牧业科技工作的建议。

Since the '12th Five-Year', China's animal husbandry science and technology progress contribution rate has reached 58%, and achieved a number of significant achievements, which were integrated applied in production practice. Significant achievements of animal husbandry science and technology were elaborated in the paper, such as a substantial increase in funding for science and technology, gradually improvement of research and innovation team building, great breakthroughs in key technological fields, remarkable technology promotion and application in animal husbandry. At the same time, problems were also analyzed, such as the unevenness of supply and demand, the lack of the transformation and the promotion, the relative shortage of innovation and investment and others. Suggestions for promoting scientific and technological work in the future were put forward, i.e., rationalize the scientific and technological management mechanism, accelerate the recent and long-term plan of the needs, and effectively stimulate the bodys′ vitality of scientific research and innovation.
