河北省“十三五”农业科技发展重点领域浅析

Analysis on Key Developing Areas of Agricultural Science and Technology in Hebei Province during the "13th Five-Year"

文章阐述了河北省农业科技发展面临的机遇,指出河北省农业科技发展面临的挑战是食品安全存在隐患、资源环境约束大、农民增收慢和农业装备水平低等,并提出加强农业科技创新、开展资源环境领域科技创新、提升农产品附加值的科技水平、加强农业生产机械化和生产管理信息化建设等促进河北省"十三五"农业重点领域科技发展的对策。

The opportunity faced by agricultural science and technology development of Hebei Province was analyzed in the paper. Main challenges it faced were proposed, such as hidden dangers of food safety, constraints of resource and environment, weakness of farmers′ income increasing, and low level of agricultural equipment. Countermeasures for promoting key developing areas of agricultural science and technology in Hebei Province in the '13th Five-Year' were put forward, such as strengthening innovation of agricultural science and technology,implementing innovation in resource and environment areas, boosting scientific level of agricultural products′ additional value, strengthening mechanization of agricultural production, and strengthening the construction of informatization of production and management.
