摘要
"十三五"我国农业发展的新形势对农业创新提出了更高要求,在"大众创业"和"万众创新"的形势下,文章结合我国的协同创新战略,分析了农业协同创新的现状与问题,提出了以"打造创新协同平台、明确协同创新内容、确定发展优先序、加大开放与共享"为重点的华北地区农业协同创新发展对策。
The new situation of the '13th Five-Year' in China has put forward higher requirements on agricultural innovation. In the situation of 'public entrepreneurship' and 'mass innovation', based on Chinese collaborative innovation strategy, the present condition and problems of the agricultural collaborative innovation were analyzed in the paper. Countermeasures of agricultural collaborative innovation in north China were put forward, which focused on 'building collaborative innovative platform, making clear of collaborative innovation content, determining the development priority, and increasing opening and sharing'.
