新常态下促进农业科技成果转化对策研究

Studies on Countermeasures for Promoting the Transformation of Agricultural Scientific and Technological Achievements under China′s New Normal

科技成果转化是提高我国农业现代化水平的主要推手,也是促进科技成果向市场流通的一个重点工作。文章在对涉农科研单位进行调研的基础上,客观地分析了我国涉农科研单位的科技成果转化现状,指出在经济发展新常态下,我国农业科技成果转化仍存在一些问题,并就促进我国农业科技成果转化提出了创立灵活的科研评价机制、大力培育和发展农业科技企业、调整农业研究的导向等相应的对策和建议。

Transformation of scientific and technological achievements is the main driving force of improving the level of agricultural modernization in our country, and it′s also a key work to promote scientific and technological achievements flow to the market. Based on the research of agricultural scientific research units, the current situation of transformation of scientific and technological achievements of agricultural scientific research units in China was objectively analyzed. It was pointed out that under the new normal of economic development,transformation of China′ s agricultural scientific and technological achievements still existes some problems. In the end, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements in China were put forward, such as setting up a flexible scientific research evaluation system, vigorously breeding agricultural scientific enterprises, and adjusting orientation of agricultural studies.
