摘要
文章针对新时期农业科技创新工作新常态,研究探索省级农业科研院所青年人才队伍建设面临的形势和必要性,梳理分析青年人才逐步成为科技创新主力军、梯队层次不够清晰、生产实践经验有所欠缺、满足现状且危机意识不强等现状,从建立常态化学术交流机制、科学合理的人才培养机制、产业调研和实践锻炼机制、奖励激励机制、经常性沟通交流机制等五个管理制度层面,提出加强省级农业科研院所青年人才队伍建设的对策建议。
Upon the new normal of agricultural science and technology innovation, the situation and necessity of construction of young talent team in provincial agricultural scientific research units were studied and explored, and the problems were analyized as follow, the young talents are becoming leading talents of science and technology innovation, echelon level is not clear, lacking of production practical experience, and insufficient consciousness of meeting the current crisis. Countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to strength the young talent team construction in provincial agricultural scientific research units from five management system levels, including normal mechanism of academic exchange, scientific and reasonable talent training mechanism, industrial investigation and practice mechanism, reward incentive mechanism and routine communication mechanism.
