摘要
文章分析了科研事业单位绩效管理工作在方案制订阶段、组织实施阶段和结果反馈阶段存在的主要问题及产生问题的原因,从成立专门的管理机构、完善指标体系、营造绩效导向型文化、建立绩效管理反馈机制等方面提出促进科研事业单位绩效管理健康发展的对策。
The problems arising from the stages of planning, organization, implementation and result feedback in performance management of the scientific research institutions were discussed and their resultant reasons were analyzed in the paper. Countermeasures for healthy development of performance management of the scientific research institutions were suggested through establishing a special management organization, perfecting index system, creating a performance-oriented culture, setting up a feedback mechanism of performance management, etc.
