CHX抗栓注射液对大鼠优球蛋白溶解时间的影响

The Effects of CXH Anthrombic Injection for White Rat Euglobulin Lysis Time

目的研究CHX抗栓注射液对大鼠血液纤维蛋白溶解活性的影响.方法给大鼠每d腹腔注射CHX抗栓注射液(1,5,10mg/kg),连续7 d,实验采用优球蛋白溶解法,观察从凝块形成到凝块完全溶解的时间ELT.结果CHX抗栓注射液可明显缩短给药组大鼠优球蛋白溶解时间,NS组(98.11±7.63)min,给药组(39.83±5.98)min.结论CHX抗栓注射液对大鼠血液纤维蛋白溶解活性有非常明显的增强作用.

Objective To research the effects of CXH anthrombic injection for white rat euglobulin lysis time.Methods White rat's abdominal cavity was injected CXH anthrombic injection per day(1,5,10?mg/kg) for 7 days. The method of euglobulin lysis was adopted, the time was observed from coagulum formation to coagulum complete solution ELT.Results CXH anthrombic injection can obviously decrease euglobulin lysis of white rat (NS group 98.11±7.63,CXH anthrombic injection group 39.83±5.98).Conclusion CXH anthrombic injection can increase activated complex of white rat blood fibrinolysis.
