吉林地区围绝经期妇女血中雌激素水平的检测

Detection Peri-menopausal Female’s Estrin Fromblood in Jilin

目的了解吉林地区围绝经期妇女的雌激素水平.方法采用放射免疫分析法(RIA).结果在被检测的50份标本中,发现5例行经期乳癌患者雌激素(E)水平偏高,1例乳癌患者正常.4例绝经后患乳癌的患者雌激素水平在正常范围内.结论雌激素的检测可以为临床的激素替代疗法提供理论参考.

Objective To acknowledge the estrin level of peri menopausal female in Jilin area.Methods Using Radioimmunoassay.Results In all 50 samples, we find high estrin level of 5 female and 1 normal level of menstrual female suffering from mastocarcinoma .But the estrin level of 4 menopausal female is within normal range.Conclusion The detection of estrin level can provide theoretical reference for the clinical hormone replacement therapy.
