摘要 小型水电站发电收入是部分水库的主要经济来源。山东省小水电站的发电量仅为设计值的 37%~ 6 5 % ,造成大量电能的浪费。本文在调查 10多座水电站 4 0年水文资料和 2 0年发电资料进行统计分析的基础上 ,论证了发电量少的原因 ,提出了切实可行的电站调度运行方法。按此方案运行 ,发电量可提高 80 %~ 85 % ,年增加收入2 0 0 0万元以上 ,实用性强 。 Revenue of electricity generation from minor hydropower stations is the main economic resoreces of resevoirs.The current generated energy from minor hydropower stations in Shandong province is only 37%~65% of design capacity.On the basis of statistical analysis of 40 years hydrological data and 20 years electricity generation data of more than 10 hydropower stations investigated ,this paper expounds the reasons of less electricity generation amount and gives feasible operational dispatch plan of hydropower stations and analyses such elements as the floodwater of main flood season in Shandong province,the relating charts of rainfall amount—flow generation amount—reservoir capacity—water sluicing amount—frequency,the flood control risk of reservoir and water consumption rate.The plan operationed,the generated energy be raised to 80%~85%,which can add 20 million RMB yuan to revenue.So the plan is practical and good in economic benefit.
