摘要
目的:了解石河子市三甲医院护士离职意愿的现状,分析探讨护士离职意愿的相关因素。方法:采用整群抽样的方式抽取石河子市三甲医院的护士,用自行设计的一般调查问卷和离职意愿问卷进行调查。结果:石河子市三甲医院护士离职意愿总均分为2.66±0.63。3个维度得分由高到低依次是:Ⅲ(2.84±0.60)、I(2.63±0.80)、Ⅱ(2.51±0.82);不同性别、学历、婚姻状况、职称护士的离职意愿水平差异无统计学意义(>0.05)。不同年龄、护龄、职务、聘用形式护士的离职意愿水平差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论:目前石河子市三甲医院护士的离职意愿强烈,相关管理部门应采取有效措施,减轻护士工作压力,提高护士工作满意度和职业认同感,减少有离职意愿护士的数量,以稳定护士队伍,保证临床护理质量。
Objective: To investigate nurses' turnover intention in the 3A-level General Hospital of Shihezi.To analysis the related factors and impact conditions of nurses' turnover intention. Methods:Totally 508 nurses from the 3A-level General Hospital in Shi He Zi were recruited by cluster sampling method and investigated by self-designed questionnaires about nurses' professional identity, and turnover intention.Results:The mean score of turnover intention was 2.66 ±0.63. Different gender, education, marital status, the title of nurses' turnover intention will no significant in statistics( >0.05). Different ages, Length of service, employment form level of nurses' turnover intention will have significant difference in statistics( <0.05).Conclusion:Nurses' turnover intention is high in the3A-level General Hospital of Shi He Zi. Hospital managers should take some effective measures to reduce their job stress,to improve job satisfaction, to enhance nurse' professional identity. In order to stabilize the nursing team,ensure nursing quality.
