建筑质量评价是建筑管理的重要环节,建筑质量评价方法繁多,但大多是侧重于某单一目标,存在诸多弊端。建筑质量评价属于多目标决策问题,本文给出了一系列适用于这类问题的多目标数学模型。模型量化决策方法,对于建筑业现代化管理,具有一定的导向作用。

Architectural quality judgment is important part of architectural management.There are many methods of architectural quality judgment.Most of this emphasize particularly on singleness objective,there are some errors in this methods.Architectural quality judgment is program of multiple objective decision.In this paper a series of multiple models for this program were given.Model measurement methods are important things in modernization architectural management.
