Dots in Chinese painting are the generalization and refinement of objects,and the utmost expressions of the painter's feelings and emotions.It can provide the painter with enough freedom of elaberation.A deep understanding and artistic using of the variety of dots in painting will enable the painter to reach his supreme realm of creation both in depth and in meaning.
