摘要 以聚丙烯腈碳毡作电极,电池运行前电沉积Pb和Bi作为负极电催化剂和析氢抑制剂,以聚苯乙烯磺酸型阳离子交换膜为隔膜,浸蜡石墨板作双极板,组装出输出功率为270W的氧化还原电池系统.测试表明,电池系统在近120个充放电周期内性能稳定,系统的电流效率为93%,电压效率为78%,能量效率为72%. An iron/chromium redox flow cell system (270W) was constructed with polyarylonitrile graphite felt electrodes. Its bipolar plates were graphite plates soaked with paraffin. The positive and negative compartments were separated by the cation exchange membranes made of polystyrene sulfonic acid. The electrocatalyst for negative electrode was Pb-Bi combination electrodepos-ited before the operation of the system, which was also a negative electrode hydrogen evolution inhibitor. The measurements of the redox system showed its high stability in performance during the period of about 120 charging and discharging cycles. The current, voltage and energy efficiencies of the system were 93%, 78% and 72% respectively.
