摘要
提出了高速汽油机空间凸轮传动机构的数学模型,并针对一台156FM发动机,在运用该模型进行传动机构的计算研究基础上,对活塞与气门的最小碰撞间隙进行了计算与实验的对比分析.结果表明,该模型较精确地描述了空间凸轮机构的传动规律,将成为对具有此种凸轮机构的内燃机进行配气系统改进的实用工具.
Mathematical model of the spatial cam transmission mechanism in a highspeed gasoline engine is put forward.Based on the calculation of transmission mechanism in a 156FM gasoline engine with the model,the comparison analysis between the calculation and measurement results for minimum clearance between piston and valves is made.The result shows that the transmission orderliness of the cam system is well demostrated in this model,and it will be a effective tool for the improvement of valves system in internal combustion engines.
