摘要
建立了车辆传动装置空载损失与加载损失计算模型,并用实验数据进行了验证.结果表明,计算模型所得结果与实际值基本相符;在机械工况下传动机构的总损失主要取决于离合器带排损失和齿轮的搅油损失.
The computing model of vehicle transmission noload watt loss and loss with load is proposed and verified by experimental date. Results from the computing model correspond basically with experimental date. In the case of converter lock, the total transmission power loss mainly depends on unlocked clutch loss and hydraulic loss of gear dipped into oil.
