Teaching Reform of Aerobics in Sports Specialty that Suits Social Employment Circumstance

运用问卷调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法对湖南省 8所本、专科院校的体育专业健美操专修班毕业生的就业情况进行研究与分析。认为健美操教学改革应实现五个转变。即 :培养模式应从单一化向多元化转变 ;教学内容安排应从专业计划向社会需求转变 ;教学观念应从以教师为主导向以学生为主体转变 ;教育思想应从传授知识向培养学生创新意识转变 ;

With questionnaire?investigation?documentation and mathematical statistics, the author deplores and analyses the graduates'aftercare situation of aerobics in sports speciality from 8 colleges and universities inHUNAN province.The author thinks there are great changes in 5 aspects,ie.the educational pattern should be changed from single to diversity; the teaching contents from speciality plan to the one that suits social need;the teacher-center concept to the students corpus and emphasize the students'creation consciousness;evaluation from single to comprehensive.
