摘要
采用大田试验研究了灌水与氮用量互作对烤烟(NicotianatabacumL.)叶片营养元素含量、烟叶产量品质和氮素利用效率的影响.结果表明,随氮用量增加,烤后烟叶中N,P,K,Mn含量上升,Mg,Fe含量下降;在相同氮用量条件下灌水可以提高叶片中P,K,Ca,Mg含量,降低N,Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn含量;灌水和氮用量互作对提高烟叶产量、品质和烤烟氮素利用效率具有明显促进作用,氮用量达45kg·hm-2结合灌溉,烟叶产量和质量性状最好,烤烟对氮素的利用效率最高.
The effects of interaction between irrigation and rate of nitrogen on concentration of nutrients, yield, quality and nitrogen utiliztation efficiency (NUE) of fluecured tobacco (Nicotiana tabacum L.) were studied in field experiment. The results showed that with the increasing of rate of nitrogen, the content of N, P, K, Mn in cured leaves of fluecured tobacco increased, but the content of Mg, Fe decreased. At the same rate of nitrogen, irrigation could increase the concentration of P, K, Ca, Mg and decrease the concentration of N, Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn in the leaves. It was also found that yield and quality, as well as NUE of fluecured tobacco were increased significantly by the interaction between irrigation and rate of nitrogen, and the yield, quality and NUE were improved when the nitrogen rate was at 45 kg·hm-2 in combination with irritation at drought stress.
