摘要 给出了双向流二极管中阳极发射离子获得初始能量的几种方法,从理论上研究了离子初始能量对二极管内空间电荷限制电子电流、离子电流的影响,并与离子初始能量为0情况下的空间电荷限制电子电流、离子电流进行了比较。 The article presented several methods of obtaining initial energy of ions emitted from anode of twocomponent fluxe diode. Theoretically studied the effects of the initial energy of ions on spacechargelimited electron and ion beam currents of diode, and compared with these results of zero initial energy of ions.
