不同基因型对小麦成熟胚愈伤组织诱导及植株再生的影响

Effect on induction of the callus from mature embryos and plant regeneration in different genetypes of wheat

以26种不同基因型小麦成熟胚为外植体,采用1种诱导培养基、3种分化培养基,研究了不同基因型间愈伤组织诱导及植株再生的遗传差异.结果表明,不同基因型间出愈率及植株再生率差异显著,豫麦21号在26个小麦品种中表现最佳,3种分化培养基的分化效果差异明显.

Explant of mature embryos of 26 different wheat genetypes were cultured in one inducing medium and three differention media to sutudy the induction of the callus and genetic difference of plants regeneration from different genetypes.The results indicate that distinct differences of induction frequency and plant regeneration frequency were exerted among the different genetypes, Yumai 21 had the best representation among 26 wheat genetypes, and that distinct differences of differention effect was exerted among three differentiation media.
