阐述了位置灵敏探测器在核物理实验中的作用,同时详细叙述了低气压多丝室(LP-MWPC)的工作机理及时间、位置特性。描述了用于较高能量轻粒子的次级束实验的LP-MWPC的结构和测试结果,得到ΔX=ΔY=0.7mm的位置分辨。
The important action in nuclear physics experiments of position sensitive detectors was described. The operation principle, the time and position characteristic of low pressure multwire proportional chamber (LPMWPC) were described also. The structure and the measuring results of the LPMWPC used for secondary experiment of light particles with higher energies were given, a position resolution of ΔX=ΔY=0.7mm was obtained.
